This is the best. Im not pregnant but I use this for my back problems. This is the second one I have ordered. My daughter wanted to as well she just thinks its comfy and like to sleep with it. Its very soft and last for years. I have no pain in my back when I get up in the morning. Its fits perfect around me. When it comes hey Jax does come vacuum sealed, but after a day, the pillow fluffs up and stays like that Ive had mine three years and its still fluffy.
